Last week we launched the official Dalmore whisky page on Facebook. In order to accommodate the growing need to allow consumers a rich brand experience without leaving Facebook we have been working on integrating key elements from The Dalmore website into the Facebook page.
We developed a replica sign up form allowing Facebook users to become a part of the Dalmore’s loyalty scheme – The Custodians. The form communicates with our database so that whether a user chooses to sign up via the website or via Facebook, we have all of their data stored in one main database. This allows us to monitor trends and patterns within the data and improve our targeting and offering within the eCRM program.
We also created a bespoke landing page that encourages users to like the page in order to view video content.
